How To Return An Item?

If you wish to return an item, please inform within 7 days in either of the following ways-

1. An email with your order no. on rekh.support@uapfoundation.com.
2. DM us with your return request & order no. on our instagram handle rekh_uapf

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange or can be cause of refund hold. 

Please note damage does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product. Bleeding and rubbing of (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect. Similarly, minor stitching issues in may occur even after rigorous quality checks. This may happen during the product undergoing packing process & will not be considered as a defect. Please note that minor variations in colour (up to 10%) may be seen due to different monitors and will not be treated as not as per description.

 Return Charges

1. All returns requested for other than any quality defect like not being as per your taste/likes will levy a return shipping charge of Rs 250/-  (inclusive GST)  per product ( weight upto 1.5 KG).
2. In case of quilts & comforters the Return Shipping Charges will be Rs 250/- (inclusive GST) for every single bed quilt & 300/- (inclusive GST) for every double bed quilt (w.e.f. 01-MAR-2022)
3. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Replacement / Refunds / Exchange

The Replacement / Refunds / Exchange process will be initiated within 24-48 hours after successful examination of returned products received by our Quality Check Team.

The Refund amount will be credited to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Sending the product back

In case of exchange request, you will have to send the product to us. When the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue a refund equal to the amount of your purchase only. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. This process can take anything between 7 to 14 days.

Kindly send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS –

Products purchased by you during our sale will not be liable to any return / refund.

NO RETURN ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS–

Products purchased from outside India will not be liable for any return/refund.
